About the Role

In this dynamic role, you will actively engage with our US Government and commercial clients and partners, immersing yourself in understanding their unique business challenges and technical needs. Your responsibilities will include delivering impactful product presentations and emphasizing our solutions' inherent value and mission benefits.
As a crucial part of the pre-sales process, you will lead activities such as demonstrations, evaluations, and commercial deployments, showcasing the capabilities of our offerings. The focus will be on supporting existing engagements and driving new opportunities.
Your expertise will be pivotal in designing tailored solutions and carefully evaluating customer technical requirements to ensure optimal outcomes. Beyond the design phase, you will lead client deployments, orchestrate installations, and provide comprehensive training to client teams.
Internally, you will collaborate seamlessly with development teams, adhering to agile methodology to ensure a streamlined and efficient workflow.

This multifaceted role provides a chance to make a substantial impact by contributing to the success of our projects and client relationships. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and building our US market offering.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience selling and engaging with US federal agencies, particularly in National Security, DoD, DHS, or other federal security components such as primes.
• Security Clearance: Active US security clearance (Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI) or the ability to obtain one.
• Project & Communication Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines, alongside excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Data Platform & Infrastructure Expertise: Proficiency with modern data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, including data processing, management, and analytics, as well as a deep understanding of network and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related security considerations.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of software solutions in secure enterprise environments requiring high security and compliance.
• Location: Located on the East Coast, preferably in the Washington, D.C. area, or New Jersey.

Desired Skills  

• Privacy Technologies: Knowledge of privacy-enhancing technologies (homomorphic encryption, SMPC, Federated Learning, TEE) and their application to protect government data.
• Data Science Analytics: Experience in data analysis, statistics, and machine learning, with an ability to apply insights to operational improvements.
• Compliance Standards: Familiarity with US data protection regulations (FISMA, NIST, FedRAMP) and their application in government settings.
• Database Command Line Skills: Proficiency with SQL, database management systems, and navigating Unix/Linux environments, including Bash or Python scripting.
• Tools Proficiency: Strong experience with project management tools, particularly Jira, to track progress and collaborate effectively across teams.
