Why aren’t we using the data we know we have to improve patient outcomes?

Researchers, drug delivery orgs, pharmaceuticals, etc all need patient data to more accurately and quickly improve patient outcomes. The problem? Manual data privacy and protection checkpoints that slow down and limit how much data these teams can access. The solution is found in workflows that utilize privacy enhancing technologies (PETs), which streamline data operations and unlock data acquisition options by satisfying compliance requirements by default.

At the end of the day, AI models are only as good as the data they’re trained on, and the main blocker to data access is privacy and security. Not only do investors have to be mindful of this when they’re looking at this space, but also the teams building AI applications must ensure that they are proactively solving the problem of data access and analysis by using technology.
